    Is it safe to use credit cards online?
    Yes, we do not send personal information, such as your credit card number over the network unencrypted. We encrypt your information and send it over the Internet using SSL (secure socket layer) technology.     A service charge of $12.99 will apply to all deliveries.

    What happens after I place an order?
    When your order is placed on the web site, you will get a confirmation on screen and an email with your order number and your order details. This means that your order has successfully been placed.

    Can I specify a time for my order to be delivered?
    You may select your delivery day. Delivery typically takes place between 9am and 5pm. We are unable to specify a time, for example "between 10am and 11am" and can only stipulate that your order will be delivered during the working day.

    Can I place a message in my order?
    When placing an order you will be given the option to include a message and instructionsd with your gift. You will be asked for your message during the checkout process. If you do not wish to include a message, leave it blank. We ask that all messages are below 200 characters, to ensure that they fit neatly on our message cards. We will only disclose the contents of the message card to the recipient. We respect the privacy of our customers. If you do not include your name on the card (which can even be left completely blank if you wish), the recipient will not know who the order is from. If the recipient should contact us to enquire, please rest assured that we will not disclose your personal details and will reiterate to the customer that we can only disclose the contents of the customer specified message card.

    Is the arrangement in the photo exactly what will be delivered?
    The photos are provided as a guide for you and the designer of your arrangement. Each bloom is unique, therefore no two arrangements will be exactly identical. Not all flowers are available year-round. Some flowers are seasonal or only available regionally. The style, types of flowers, arrangement of the flowers and container will be the same or similar.
    Following rules will apply:

    • Flowers: In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of greater value.
    • For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
    • Plants: For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of greater value.
    • For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color.
